If you really want to test your skills, nothing can beat training under stress.
In this drill the shooter has to crawl under the tables, make 10 over the head swings with a 26kg kettlebell, retrieve two 25kg water jugs and engage the target at 100 meters.
The rifle is unloaded so the shooter has to load it first, hit the target 2 times from standing position, make a tactical reload and then hit it again two times from a kneeling position.
After the hits are made, shooter has to unload the rifle, retrieve the two 25kg jugs to the previous position and then load the handgun and engage 2 targets from cover – required hits are 2 to the chest, 1 to the head.
As you can see, even these simple tasks can become hard if you introduce enough stress and fatigue 😀
