Terms and Conditions of 2A Ballistic Solutions Sales
We sell via web based shopping carts and auction sites, which sometimes leads to a gun being unavailable, or the gun will need to be shipped in from one of our many suppliers. This happens rarely, but on occasion can occur. In this case, we will do our best to find you another item within a reasonable time-frame or refund you your purchase. We are pretty good at getting guns if we get an out of stock situation.
Due to the sheer volume of firearms and accessories we sell, we generally use stock photos instead of the actual gun or gun accessory.
Stock photos are representative and may not be the correct Item. We are not responsible for purchase based solely on the image on the page. Please be sure to read the item description & contact us if you have any questions.
Every new item we sell comes with a 7 day inspection period. If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, or is not what you expected, we’ll refund your money or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt, if it is still in the same condition as when we shipped It. Accessory items that have been opened from the manufacturer packaging will not be accepted for return. (Does not apply to items sold AS-IS)
Returns will not be accepted for any accessories that been installed or mounted. Most accessory items have a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with/or post installation.
For a firearm to be considered “same condition,” it must not have been received from your FFL. Once you take possession of a firearm from your FFL, it is no longer a New In Box firearm, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession.

We can special order many types of firearms, gun accessories and many federal ammunition loads that are not in stock.
Special order firearms, ammo or items that need repair. We will charge your card in full in advance when we order the gun or ammo from the manufacturer or supplier.
There are no refunds of special ordered items, if defective, there can be an exchange only.
